RuMe for you and me too!

Reusable shopping bags are all the rage, and we’ve found one that’s extra special.

First of all, it’s made by a company called RuMe (which stands for ReUseMe), a Colorado-based company that launched on Earth Day 2008 to meet the growing needs of environmentally conscious consumers who don’t want to sacrifice style. The other quality that makes this bag stand apart is it’s size and construction. Called the Macro, it’s 17” x 17” with a squared off bottom and sides that are 8” wide, so it holds it’s shape better than most. It also has double-bound seams, is water resistant, and can hold up to 50 pounds! But even better than all of that is the strap length - most reusable bags are great for shopping, but this one has 12” straps that can go over your shoulder - a huge bonus that takes it beyond the grocery store for me! I’d take mine anywhere and Love the happy pattern on the left, appropriately called “blossom”, which has a fuchsia background with chocolate, lime and white flowers.
